Cancellation Policy

YoloNerd has an understanding that scheduling conflicts can occur during your set appointment. Our team does their best to be available and fleixable as possible, but last minute cancellations can hurt our technicians earnings and could potentially lose their earnings for other projects. Our technicians are paid by appointment only, thank you for understanding and for being valued customer.

Cancellations must be made no later than 24hrs before your scheduled appointment time - Our accounting department may charge your credit card a cancellation fee of $25. if you need to reschedule please notify your YoloNerd IT Service Professional more than 24hrs before the scheduled start time of your appointment. There are no reschedule service fees.

YoloNerd will charge your credit card for the full appointment fee If a cancellations is made with less than 60 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. The cancellation fee will include one hour of the technician time including a cancellation fee of $25 this is only if a technician arrives to provide services and the user is not available to receive services. Make sure to always schedule your appointments ahead of time.
